Her response was rather breathless, and he noted that her voice had changed quite a bit, now sounding very squeaky and high pitched.
"I will do it. I will stay your shoes, oh my god, that was the best experience ever." she said. "Being walked around in showed me the truth, I was meant for this."
"Yes you were." He said with a smile. "I told you I knew. I am glad you are going to stay."
He reached into his bag of tricks and pulled out a wand and smiled as he reached down and tapped the shoes, one at a time. The voice from them giggled and then felt an odd sense of tingling in what amounted to her mind, not that she had a physical one.
"What was that?" she asked as she suddenly realized she remembered being a shoe a lot longer than just the last hour or so.
"Just finishing you up. You are gonna be a shoe, through and through." he rhymed as she began to forget her life as a human woman. "Jenny is gone now, and you, Slappers, are my newest pair of shoes, one with the best and silliest personality."
She giggled and in her minds eyes watched the human life disappear, and found the new memories of being manufactured at the clown shoe factory, being given a personality that would match the clowns likely to buy her, and finding Roly Poly, her owner. He was the perfect fit, and she was so happy to have found him.
"Oh Roly Poly, I love being your shoes but who is Jenny?"
"Just a silly girl who trusted a clown and now she's in a better place. Like you!"
"Oh I am so glad you bought me. And you even took me to such a nice place to show me off." She giggled.
"Of course. Only the best for my best pair." He chuckled. "But you might want to limit the talking around the humans. It'll weird em out."
"Righto. Mum is the word." she said before shutting up, although she kind of liked silently watching and listening to her clown do his magic.
