Katie and Kellie were very relieved to finally be married, particularly after all that fighting with the kitsune. They knew that troubles were far from over. Fukushu was still on the loose and who knew how many followers he still had? Well, significantly less than before, but Fukushu himself was more than enough trouble. Not to mention there was whatever inter-dimensional army he had aligned with, which certainly spelled trouble in the future. And besides that, there were all the magical races who were certainly going to notice what was going in and get involved.
But before all of that, Katie and Kellie were determined to have their honeymoon. Some may say this wasn't the best time to be having one when war was on the horizon. Katie and Kellie countered this was when they should be having it. Who knows when they'll be able to have the freedom to enjoy some alone time before things really got hectic? And after all they've been through lately, they felt like they were owed a vacation. And it was hard to argue with that last part.
They could trust baby Morgan with Kellie's parents. And considering what happened with Ty, there were enough protection spells around their house that it would take an army to crash through. It may not hold indefinitely, but it would be enough for Katie and Kellie to be away for a week in Hawaii. It may be an extravagant place to go for a honeymoon, but the way they saw it, they were sorceresses and why shouldn't they indulge themselves on their honeymoon?
==========
Being sorceresses, it took rather little effort for them to get to the Big Island of Hawai'i. It certainly saved a lot in air fare. After checking into their hotel and unpacking their stuff, the pair of them were on the beach in new bikinis. "So, Mrs. Carlson," said Katie, "How do you think the Hawaiian beach differs from our beach back home?"
Kellie looked around and said, "More palm trees, for starters. The waves are definitely bigger. And not as many white people."
"But I can see a few things similar to our own beach," said Katie.
"Such as?" asked Kellie.
"Oh, a few people who could use a new point of view," said Katie with a mischievous smile.
"Oh, come on, Katie, it's our honeymoon," said Kellie.
"And what better time to spread some happiness?" asked Katie.
Kellie sighed and said, "Fine, but I'm not spending our whole honeymoon changing other people."
"Sure," said Katie, "We change a few people, have a nice dinner out, then we return to our room for some tender, emotional sex."
"Ok, that sounds good," said Kellie. She looked around the beach for possible people to change.
