"Nah, I made this mess, I will not make Jeff miserable just to make me more comfortable of the situation."
With that tought, he pressed his name on the list.
--ATTENTION, THE NEXT CHANGES WILL GOING TO BE APPLYED--
Mike should have read it but his raging boner and thight polo urged him to act.
Without reading the next lines, he went to the bottom pressed continoue, accept, yes and every agreeing button.
The computer turned off.
"What happened?" asked Mike stareing to the monitor.
Soon the world around him started to fade into darkness. In panic he tried to get the Chronivac working again, but he was not able to move. He felt a tingling sensation all over his body and then nothing.
Slowly light started to appear around him. He woke up next to a route. As he looked around he saw a totally unfamiliar place including a route like in the classic movies, western environment with lot's of cactus and a rising sun.
Looked down on himself he saw very dirty but form fitting clothes on him and backpack next to him.
He knew by now it is useless to try to get up in front because of his enormus belly, he tryed to help himself up with his hands.
*Loud Crash*
He hit his head into the ground, breaking his glasses. Although he know the broken glasses would make everything way harder it was not his biggest problem, instead of the reason of why he hit his head.
He sat up and watched in terror that his left arm from elbow is missing.
The silence disturbed by a voice.
"Thank you for useing Chronivac. Reality altered. Enjoy your new life."
As the voice faded away new memories started to flood into his mind.
He is a veteran and lost his arm in a war that he never heard of before. His name is now Bill Fergusson and he is a hobo.
While he didn't lost his memories of his real life the Chronivac modified them.
He remembered the place where they lived, his work, Jeff and his real name is Mike. But he was not able to bring up his family name, the street's name where his house is or the company name he worked at.
With that Mi... now Bill tilted his head down and started sobbing, screaming: "What have I done!?"
