"9... 10... 11... 12! OK!" Owen said to Katie as she lowered the barbell and sat up from the bench.
"Great work today, Katie," Owen said as he eyed the sexy 25 year old's figure. Not afraid to show off, Katie had gone out of her way to wear a particularly low cut sports bra and a particularly tight pair of shorts to her training session with Owen, and Owen took every opportunity he could get to look at her throughout their session, not that Katie minded. Her years of athletics and weightlifting (or rather the years the ring gave her) have blessed her with a shapely and fit hourglass figure.
"Thanks, its all because I have a great teacher," Katie said as she flirtatiously nudged the now 22 year old Owen's arm. The truth was, Katie didn't really need training. She already knew her way around the gym. No, her real interest lied in Owen himself, but she enjoyed the flirtatious back and forth they had going on, and from the looks of it, so was Owen. Throughout the session they had been giving none-too-subtle flirtatious signals. Owen took demonstrating exercises as an excuse to flex for Katie at every opportunity. Between sets of bench presses, Katie feigned fatigue and leaned forward to rest her weight on her hands in front of her, making sure to press her perky D cup breasts in the process, which were already barely contained by her sports bra. Back and forth they continued to flaunt their bodies as the other hungrily took in the view, and so their song and dance went.
Katie was particularly interested in Owen's body, not just because she already found his muscular amateur bodybuilder physique incredibly hot, but because she was looking for changes since yesterday. To Katie's eyes, the year of bodybuilding the ring had bestowed on Owen since the day before was already apparent.
As Katie looked at Owen in his stringer tank, the first thing she noticed was that he overall looked more defined. At 21, Owen had done a lot of not so clean eating owing to his hectic class schedule. He called it bulk weight. While he was by no means pudgy, he had a layer of fat padding out his bulky physique. But now at 22, Owen had turned his attention over the past "year" towards a pro bodybuilding career. No longer bogged down by school, Owen was free to work out and hone his body and it showed. His bulk weight was mostly gone. New striations in his shoulders danced as he moved, and new veins snaked up his forearms. At one point, Katie spotted a nicely sculpted six pack through the side of Owen's tank.
"Lookin' good you two!" Katie and Owen turned to see Duncan smiling as he walked up to them, gym bag in hand.
"Hey, Dunc!" Owen exclaimed as he and Duncan brought each other in for a bro hug. "You about to get a workout in?"
"You know it! Can't let you catch up! I still got a little size on you!"
It was true. Duncan at 31 had several years more weightlifting experience on Owen that lent him a more developed physique than Owen, but also contributing to his overall size was a little bit of bodyfat. He never let it get out of hand. no, he was a little too vain for that. Duncan just preferred having more overall size and packing on more muscle to putting himself on strictly regimented diets to cut bodyfat.
"You've been looking real cut lately though, O" Duncan said as his eyes lingered on Owen's body, which didn't go unnoticed by Katie.
"Hell yeah! Since I graduated I've been really focusing on bodybuilding. I'm hoping I could even go pro in the next few years if I really push it." Owen said as he went into a quick double bicep pose, showing off a pair of impressive peaks, especially for an amateur bodybuilder.
Duncan whistled as Katie drank in the view.
"Well you're definitely on your way, Big O." A hint of lust flashed in Duncan's eyes.
"You know it! I'm gonna finish up with Katie, but I'll catch you around, ok?" And with that Duncan left but not without letting his gaze linger on Owen a little longer than would be expected.
"Wow Owen, I didn't realize you were so serious about bodybuilding" Katie said, genuinely interested.
"Yeah, well, I've just been into it for so long, y'know? Plus I really think I got what it takes"
"I definitely think so, Big O" Katie said playfully. But her demeanor suddenly shifted, becoming more serious. "I'm not distracting you though, am I? I know I'm no where near the level you are." Katie said out of genuine concern. She knew she was in shape and had a great body and she wasn't one to play the helpless woman. But just seeing the way Owen was talking about going pro (not to mention Owen's year's worth of developments since yesterday) had her a little worried about if she could keep up.
"What? no of course you're not distracting me! If anything I get to spend more time in the gym. Plus, I do really enjoy seeing you." Owen made sure to emphasize the "really" as he gave Katie a look that made it very clear what he meant.
"Well in that case, I look forward to seeing you next time" Katie said, emphasizing "seeing" in much the same way.
As Katie and Owen parted ways, however, her mind went back to the ring...
