Considering any station their television could've picked up were long gone, their house didn't have any internet or phone plan, and there was no one who bothered coming anywhere close for miles Mark and June had a long time to get everything ready. Most of the filth was cleaned, all the loose things all around were put away, and Ty had turned his old room into something kind of appropriate for a little girl... At least that's what Mark and June thought and they were isolated from civilization for over a thousand years. Mark was just happy that June found bacon in the fridge and that the other utilities were working.
Tylie materialized around the kitchen and already was sensing new things. The fact that she needed to breathe was new, and this fatty scent in the air... It was making her drool despite the fact is was one of the most disgusting things she had ever encountered in person... Although considering she only ever existed in heaven anything on earth would be the most disgusting things she ever encountered.
Mark turned and saw the little guy and guessed this was the little Heaven girl Ty must've talked about and said "Hi little miss, I'm Mark and that's my wife June right over there. Ty asked us to take care of you while you are here on Earth. Mind if you told us your name?"
Tylie said "m-m-m-my name is Tylie..." Tylie was telling herself these horrible evil humans must be more scared of her than she is of them. They do anything to her and she's back in heaven and they get a special place called hell where they can't do anything bad to anyone else. Mark and June was having a hard time connecting with this girl, then again the girl wasn't even meeting them half way. Alright sure they weren't the best foster parents, but there was a long list of people who were objectively much worse than them. Why do they have to be seen as Satan just because that one kid happened to be god?.. other than that God being a bit of a prick, although least he was capable of forgiveness after a thousand years of torment.
Around noon Ty sent Mark and June some instructions. They were currently doing fine, and for an education Tylie would take a portal too school and would have to summon a portal back home or she would be forcibly teleported back at whatever curfew Mark and June set up. As Mark and June couldn't buy groceries or anything in the middle of nowhere they would be provided supplies until people resettled the area. That night Tylie despite her body forcing her to sleep it was the worst sleep of her entire night. Instead of having a nearly 1 quadrillion count sheets, and the fluffiest mattress and pillows ever it was this... Stuff that people had to compromise on because of limitations of reality. End of day 1 and Tylie was miserable, a bit hungry, tired, and disgusted.
