Leon opened the door and stared at Jake. "You good man?" He asked. "You looked kinda out of it." He said. Jake turned his laptop out of Leon's view.
"I'm good, just finished some terrible assignment." Jake said. Jake slowly closed his laptop and looked back at Leon who has yet to start changing.
"Really, what class?" Leon asked. Jake could see the faintest change in Leon's face. It was starting to push outwards ever so slightly.
"Math." Jake said trying not to stare at Leon's changing body.
"It'll do that to you." Leon said. Jake watched as Leon's face continued to push forwards. It was starting to look just like Jake's, teeth and everything. "Are you doing anything tonight, I want to see if we can boost our ranks in ranked?" Leon asked. Leon went to the pantry and Jake followed.
"I've got nothing to do." Jake said. Leon's face finally stopped changing, it looked exactly like Jake's, nothing was different about it.
"Cool, we could probably start once I... is that my face?" Leon asked. He lifted his hands up to his changed jaw. Jake forgot that the subject was still aware of the changes, but how could Leon only notice them now? Before Leon could say anything his pants started to rip. A tail just like Jake's was growing, and it was growing fast. "What's happening to me!" Leon shouted. He spun around trying to figure out what was happening to him, but his new tail just spun around with him smashing into the wall as he did. Leon stopped and tried to sooth the pain in his new tail. "What the fuck is happening to me! I'm turning into you!" He shouted.
"Calm down." Jake said.
"How can I be calm when I'm going a tail and my face looks like this!" Leon shouted.
"Rude." Jake said.
"I'm sorry, but changing randomly is not normal." Leon said.
"And you though I was normal?" Jake said.
"Uhh... yeah, you were born like that, a rare genetic mishap." Leon said.
"I guess that's what alter reality does." Jake said.
"What?" Leon asked. Jake realized he fucked up, he should not have said that in front of Leon, but he couldn't really leave him in the dark either.
"Ok, I know this is going to sound weird, but I got a computer program that can change anything." Jake said.
"I can't believe that." Leon said.
"The explain what just happened to you." Jake said. Leon went silent for a second.
"Can I see the program." Leon asked.
"Sure, go ahead, just don't do anything stupid." Jake said pointing at his laptop. Leon grabbed it and started typing.
