Steve went back to his place behind the counter. His coworker was reordering some shelves while several customers were browsing. In particular one guy caught his eye. He looked nervous while looking at sex toys. Penetrables to be exact.
With his phone still out he opened the app and selected a new target, somebody else, for the first time. It immediately generated a sentence:

Well, that explains why he's so nervous, Steve thought to himself. Not all that rare, but often enough people put up a fake wall of bravado. After thinking for a bit he changed 'human' to 'horse', because he read about those things online recently. They didn't stock such exotic items before, but now they did not too far away from the regular toys, so when he looked again the guy had shifted over a couple of feet and was holding one the medium sized equine models.
Strangely Steve knew they didn't used to have those, but he actually now knew the name and brand of the toy. It was in the higher price range, because there were quite few customers interested in it. Curious what the dude thought of now, Steve he hit generate again:
'A young man wondering if the toy is the right size for his small penis'
Now Steve actually felt sorry for the guy. He selected 'small' and wanted to change it to large, but at the last moment his devilish mind decided against that and changed it to 'horse' again. Nothing visible had changed, but when the boy turned around he saw the bulge in his pants. Steve realized that he didn't change the rest of the sentence, so his customer was still wondering about whether he fit. Just now thinking if he was too large.
Steve also had the same feeling of having new memories. The equine sex toys were suddenly a lot more popular, because in this new reality about 10% of men are born with horse genitals. That's how the app made it 'normal' for a person to have a horse dong.
While he was working through these changes in his mind the customer in question was actually walking up to his register. Caught in routine Steve checked the item out and put it in the standard brown bag. Happy with his purchase the guy left the store with a smile on his face. Another happy customer, Steve thought with a devilish grin.
