You are a 13 year old boy, you have recently learned the differences about sexes in sex ed class however you were going to get a more personal lesson about the different sexes than school alone would teach you, your first change is that all of your clothes on your body disappear leaving you naked, you try to cover your penis and anus but you start to feel strange. you can feel your internal organs shifting and changing, your testisticles, vas deferens, and prostate move from your groin to your belly and become Ovaries, Fallopian Tubes and your Womb, next your urethra becomes a cervix and vagina, lastly your scrotum and penis wither and shrivel up until they become your Vulva and Clitoris. When you are done, your urethra, and vagina are in front of your anus. Lastly your bellybutton or belly button becomes one of a Girl's. Nobody would guess you were even male from how you look now. What will you do now?
