These therapies have a legal agreement where the human signing the contract gives up most of their human rights to end up effectively like a horny animal. Both males and females will be sheared once every month and every besides their scalpel hair will be shaved clean. In the new world, their are also certain new diseases and defects. Here is a list of new diseases.

Jeff continued to finish writing in various changes and additions to the world. Jeff would be the only one to remember how the world used to be so he could fully enjoy the changes done.
