Satisfied with her experiments, Jen wanted to try something different. A silent voice echoed through her mind:
Never do self experiments...
But Jen was to excited about changing some concepts of her body that she ignored the warning in her mind. She remembered her accidents and the experiment with the pillow but wanted to go further. She examine the room and thought about what she should do first. Jen found a beautiful white feather which was laying around her kitchen just for decoration and checked its concepts. There were concepts like softness and density. Jen imagined what it would like to be "light as a feather"... so she added the density concept of the feather to her. Immediately Jen felt a vertigo and it was as if gravity loosing its grip on her. Carefully, Jen pushed herself up a little bit and started to rise into the air. Slowly she was lifted of the ground and headed directly to the ceiling. She tried to somehow control her "flight" with fast flapping her arms but was not really able to change direction. She felt like an astronaut in space, almost weightless. Jen hit softly the ceiling and pushed herself off towards the door. She was happy that she was wearing the protective ceramic tiles, otherwise she may needed a helmet.
She enjoyed hovering trough her house and was pleased with this experiment. But as she thought about the next concept to change, Jen came up the problem, that she could not move or lift anything in her house because she was way to light and always lifted herself instead.
So first I've to change my density again.
She wanted to try the other side so she decided to change density with something heavier. She flied through the hall to her garage and scanning it for anything to change the density concept. With a grin in her face she hovered over her car, then up and down a big shelf on the wall and to the workbench. Jen got used her new way of moving and found it quite useful. More and more she felt like an astronaut and that her house is the ISS.
I've to remember this... But now, I've to got back to earth.
Laughing about her own jock, Jen pulled herself to the anvil and looked for it's density concept. Still in midair, she changed the concept and the force of gravity pulled her down within a second. Jen crashed with a loud bang into the floor. Thanks to her protective tiles she was not harmed, but the floor showed some cracks. As she tried to lift her up, Jen found that she was unable to move and trapped in her own much to heavy body. She could barely lift a finger but was not able to lift her hand let alone her head.
I should not have used something that heavy... How should I get free if I cant move?
Pinned to the floor she tried to move but had not success. As she desperately looked for way out of the mess, Jen spotted some ants wandering around the floor. Remembering from her biology lesson, that ants can carry weight up to hundred times her own weight, Mary thought, that it was worth a try. Not sure if it was a good idea to change something with a living being, Jen found the concept she desired: weight-strength-ratio and changed it with her own. Immediately she regained control of her own limbs and was able to stand up easily. Beside she had to weight a ton, Jen again felt weightless and remembered when she had been light as a feather. But now she knew, that she had to weight at least a ton. Jen wanted to prove her theory and grabbed her car. Effortlessly she lifted the car into the air and was surprised, that it felt weightless to her. "Nice combo", she thought as she released one hand and lifted the car one handed. Very exited about the nice outcome and her super human strength, Jen thought about some more concepts to add.
