The door to his bedroom opened.
"Jeff?" His father said.
"What is this?" He muttered, as he shut the door.
Jeff's mind began racing. He wanted to speak, but his lips were still frozen in stone.
He walked over to Jeff, and pulled the shirt off if Jeff's head. He instantly saw himself in the mirror, and saw the reverse mirror-image reflection of the timer on the chronivac begin ticking upward from 16 seconds!
His father just stood there, confused for a few seconds unknowingly looking at his own son as the timer went up to 30 seconds left!
"A statue? Where the hell did Jeff get this?"
Jeff wanted desparately to look away from the mirror. From the unrecognizable youthful boyish face of his in stone. To speak. But most importantly, to run to the bathroom!
His father began removing the now-dried clothes from him. He even took the sock off of his engorged literal rock-hard penis.
"A statue of a naked little boy? What the hell is this?"
"Oh, come on, come on, come on!" Jeff wanted to speak. To say something. But he just continued standing there in complete silence like the hardned object he is.
Jeff's dad turned, and mercifully opened the bedroom door, with the timer back up to around two minutes left.
"Honey, you should come up here and see this!" Jeff's father yelled towards the stairs. He continued standing in the doorway waiting, as timer was counting down again.
"Ok, if it reaches zero, I have got to make a real quick dash to my bathroom immediately. I gotta hold this in, and hopefully bake it before Mom comes up here, and while Dad has his back turned."
