(AN: I have no interest in continuing this story any further. But it would be interesting to see anyone else’s perspective for the next chapters.)
There were so many questions going on in your mind - “was any of this permanent?” Or “what’s David’s role in all of this?” And most importantly, could you ever go back? This was all too much for your new jock mind to handle, clearly thinking wasn’t Chet’s strongest suit, something he made up for in bodybuilding and sports.
There was a phone over the table near your bed, so you naturally assume it’s yours and turned it on, but you’re confronted with a password lock-screen, and then you type in the password unconsciously like you’ve done this before. The phone had nothing special about it besides a couple of sports-related, and bodybuilding apps that emphasis your newfound hobbies, but what caught your attention was a notification, a message from somebody named ‘Paul’, and the message read:
-“I’m so siked dude. I haven’t seen you in ages. I have so many surprises for you” he ended the message with a winking emoji.
What would seem like a relatively innocent text from a friend was understood by the part of you that was Chet as something completely different. A dive into Chet’s memories reveal that the two of you were planning on meeting up for something, yet you couldn’t pinpoint as to what.
Stuck between succumbing to Chet’s instincts and taking decisions of your own mind as yourself (Reily), you finally decided what to do.
