"Okay, yeah, I did use it," you admit. "I, uh, wished that you would be naked." Seeing her expression, you quickly continue, "But I immediately wished you back to normal!"
"Oh, well, that's okay then," Kim says, seeming to relax.
"Really?" you ask, surprised.
"No, not really!" Kim snaps. "You humiliated me! You violated my privacy!"
"It was an accident, I swear!" you say. "I didn't mean to do it."
Kim looks like she is about to be sarcastic, but then she sighs. "Okay, fine," she says. "I suppose I can't blame a guy for being a guy." The remark stings a bit, but you're hardly in a position to complain about stereotyping - especially given that you just embodied that exact stereotype.
"I'm sorry," you say instead. "Can I have the ring back?"
Kim shakes her head. "I don't think so," she says. "It's nice that you admitted your mistake and apologized, but you clearly need some time before you're ready for this." She glances around. "Let's get out of here. No point in just standing on the street. I wish we were back in my apartment."
In a flash, you are both suddenly standing in the middle of a modest-looking apartment. A discerning eye would note that there wasn't much in the apartment as far as possessions went, but you notice she has kept her flair for decorating - it looked nice.
"Are you hungry at all?" Kim asks, heading for her kitchen. "Can I get you a drink?"
"I'm fine, thanks," you say as she disappears around the corner. You're still regretting the mistake that had lost you the ring, but you're relieved Kim has forgiven you for your indiscretion. Who knows what she could have done with the ring if she got angry? Maybe you should try to get it back from her. If you surprise her coming back around the corner, you might be able to get it off - she hasn't wished for it to remain on her finger like you did. Then again, that might risk a punishment; maybe you should let her take lead on the ring and hope she plays nicely.
