The Circus has come to town! Only this is a different kind of circus, this circus actually recruits and rents out clowns for birthday party’s. The clowns that are at this circus range from adults all the way down some tweens who ran away from home. Everyone in town is just so excited to have them here.
However what no one in the town is that at the parties that these clown entertain at, the clowns will actually turn the kids into real clowns and then bring a few with him to learn and grow up in the circus as clowns.
At the home office of the clowns at the circus , a call comes in asking for two clowns for a birthday party.
