"EEEEEK!" The mothers screamed as they walked in.
"Who the hell left all these kids here!?" screamed Jenny's mom.
Jenny turned 5-year-old red. "Um, mom...it's us. We were playing this game and it turned us into kids."
"What!"
"Hey, I'm not starting all over with a 5-year-old daughter!" exclaimed Abigail's mom. "It was hard enough going through it the first time!"
"Mo-om!" wailed little Abby.
"I agree!" Kimmie's mom threw in her two cents' worth. The sentiment was echoed by all four mothers, to the shock of the little girls.
"Oh, this is ridiculous." said Kylie's mom, bending down and examining the game board. "It shouldn't be that hard to fix this. Ah...here we go. What's this "forfeit game" card in the middle?" She picked it up and placed it into the "play" square.
"Noooo..." shouted little Jenny, but she was cut off abruptly. All four girls had disappeared. In their place were what appeared to be four tiny metal statues, in the girls' likenesses.
"Oops."
"Now look what you've done, Eunice!" scolded Jenny's mom.
"Yeah, you've turned our daughters into game pieces!" added Kimmie's mom.
"Now calm down, girls," interjected Abbie's mom, ever the voice of reason. "It was just an innocent mistake, and anyway this isn't as bad as it looks..."
