Toby put the sandwich down, having eaten half of it. Unlike the expressions of the two humans, which were becoming increasingly glazed over, his eyes were focused and attentive. "Guys...after I finish my sandwich and sit for a few, we'll head out."
Megan looked at Toby, dressed in his t-shirt and jeans.. She was about to comment again when his hand returned to her head as he absent-mindedly looked at his smartphone.
Robbie's grin grew a bit wider, excited about doing what Toby wanted. Robbie looked at over at Megan, the first time he seemed to notice something was off. She was naked, wearing only a collar, and her tongue lolling out of her mouth.
"Megan," he said. After all, that's what Toby called her. "What's that around your neck?"
Megan didn't respond, her mind completely filled with the stimulus Toby was giving her.
As he got up to move closer, he noticed a clinking noise...he looked down. It was his collar, same as her. _Silly Robbie,_ he told himself. What else would it be?_ Megan had said something was wrong, but...everything seemed right...didn't it? Everything before now seemed...unimportant...only Toby was important...
Finally, Toby got up and looked at the time. "We'd better get going. How about we run toward the car?"
