Out of the corner of your eye, you catch the cat balloon start to sink into its arm in the same way the fox did. Unfortunately for the cat, the fox notices as well.
“Hey hey! None of that!” he exclaims, shaking the arm vigorously. The cat is forced back into place and seems a bit stunned by its expression when it reforms. “You all better get used to the fact that the one calling the shots now. Unlike with this putz,” he gestures, shaking you for emphasis, “you won’t get away with that sort of thing under my watch.”
The giraffe and elephant start to squirm and protest.
“It’s not fair that you get to be the head!”
“You started closer and had an unfair advantage!”
“We should take turns!”
“I think we should put it to a vote!”
They continue shouting over one another.
Fed up, the fox starts to stomp his feet. “Shaddup! Shaddup! Shaddup! Shad—aaAA!” He yells as he loses his balance on the unwieldy and unruly balloon feet. Your vision spins as he waves his arms wildly trying to keep from falling over.
He stumbles back several feet, just managing to stay mostly upright. He catches himself against another street stand, hitting it hard. Unfortunately, his head caught against the corner of the stand’s old wooden sign, and its many splinters pierce his rubber exterior. There’s a loud POP, leaving the four of you in stunned silence.
Though your head is still stuck on the end of your right arm, you can suddenly feel the rest of your body again. You raise your arm up to look at where you head should be, and are surprised to see your right hand sticking out between your shoulders. You try to wiggle your fingers around, and sure enough, your hand moves accordingly. It looks like you’re back in control, if a bit jumbled up, though there are still 3 more balloons attached to you.
