Summary
Redeads, or banshee zombies, are masked undead who have brown skin that latches to the bone. They are mostly tall and skinny and have this ability to kill their prey.
The Ability
Their ability is their famous scream of death which makes the eyeholes of tgeir wooden mask glow red before they let out this horrendous scream which terrifies even the most brave of souls. This allows the redead to shamble over to the terrified prey, latch onto them, and kill them via strangulation.
To become a Redead
One must have a pure hatred of this very world to become a redead or have a curse placeed on them. This can be any curse except lycanthropy. Upon death of the subject, they will lose all body weight and calluses will form on the face, making the wooden mask as the skin turns a brownish hue. The redead will wake up, now a husk that exists to kill.
Habitat is the caves near graveyards and catacombs, as well as destroyed towns where bloodshed occurs
Rumored Locations
Some exist under Whimsey World and its sewer.
Some have been heard near the Garbariko Borough Well.
