Drew was a freshman on his highschool's basketball team. Go Big Cats! The team was good and he had talent it's just that he was less good than most of his other. Practice for today was over and while the practice was good, but it was mostly the main team verses the bench warmers... and it showed. Drew gritted his teeth as he was on his jog into a walk back home to cool down from the exercise regiment. Why couldn't he be as good as the rest? Was that all he was good for, managing to hold off the enemy team till the good players recovered? Now at a walking pace Drew frustrated kicked a random can into some shrubs. He cursed himself again, his house was nearby and he could've just brought it and put it in a recycle bin.
Drew walked to the shrub... I mean if he couldn't be the best basketball player he could still be a really good person. Looking into the shrub he saw the can along with a remote laying on a piece of paper. "Oh lucky day, I decide to pick up litter I transported and I find more liter."
He picked the junk up and looked at the note which read "Due to using a reality altering remote I have turned myself into a piece of paper by accident. Turn me back please."
"Pf... Yeah a reality changing remote there's only one button." Drew thought as he said allowed "Sure and if I press this button on myself I'll suddenly turn into a girl." pressing the button towards himself Drew suddenly felt a strange sensation as the world seemed to shrink around him a bit. "huh?" he let out in a high pitched voice. looking at the remote he saw his hands... and his arms were dainty. Although it seemed like she stilled had some lean muscle mass... and why was he wearing the cheerleading uniform?... A little flushed Drew peaked into her shirt and spied a small sports bra on her lean sweaty body. Yep she was a she... and apparently was now part of the cheerleading squad... or at least had their uniform.
"Hey Dawn, nice to see that I'll beat you home. What you doing in those shrubs?" said a middle aged man who stopped his car. It was dad and he recognized me as some random cheerleader.
"Um, dropped something and it bounced it's way into the shrub. Thought I saw something else." said the cheerleader apparently named Dawn.
"Alright, well have a nice cooldown walk. I'd take a shower when you get home, we'll be going out to eat. Tomorrow's the day the cheerleaders cheer at that basketball game right?"
A memory popped into Dawn's head who said "Yeah... Right... I guess i'll need as much energy as I can for then." at which point her dad drove off. Dawn thought "...ok... so this is a reality changing remote... that changes reality..." She pressed the remote again and saw the crushed can reform into a full, sealed, ice cold can of cola. She put the cola in her purse along with the piece of paper and returned home. She went to her room which had changed a lot yet not very much. The color of a lot of things were a lot more pastel, and she had a body mirror... however everything else seemed basically the same. Same computer, same books on her bookshelf, and her bed while more frilly was about the same level of quality. Dawn let her body get her a change of clothes, and took a calm relaxing shower.
Changed and in her room Dawn had the remote and the piece of paper out on her desk while she sipped the cola. Perplexed at the words on the paper... Who has a remote that can change reality... and changes themselves into a piece of paper with those exact words on them? The remote with one button seemed to read her thoughts so... how would she turn the paper back to... whatever it was originally? She didn't have an imagine of what the paper was after all, and when she made the crushed can back into cola she knew what she wanted. The girl thing was a little vague... maybe she could just think "change back"? Dawn came to a decision and decided to
