Joey watched as Gwen's clothing began to shift on her young body. Gasping in shock the redheaded teen watched her dress shift around her.
Gwen's dress seemed to split in half the top lightening in color to a soft pink while the sleeves slowly rode up, exposing more of Gwen's ivory skin. Meanwhile Gwen's dress split down the middle wrapping itself around the girls firm legs, becoming a pair of skinny Jean's. Finally Gwens shoes transformed, the elderly womans sensible shoes becoming a pair of white sneakers with ankle socks.
"Not bad," Joey mused. Gwen blinked running to a mirror to look at her appearance. The 18 year olds jaw hung open as she saw the teenage girl dressed in a soft pink tank top with skinny blue Jean's and sneakers.
"My goodness," she whispered. "Do kids now a days show off so much skin? I feel like a hussy dressed like this."
"You look fine Gwen," Joey chuckled. "This actually pretty tame for most teenage girls. Trust me you look great."
Gwen frowned as she examined herself more closely. It had been so long since she had seen this face that it almost felt like a dream. "Would you like to see what else has changed," Joey asked.
Gwen raised an eyebrow, curious as to what else Joey could have changed. Following Joey to her apartment she gasped once again. Gwen's apartment now appeared like the typical college womans apartment. Gwen could see a couch along with a large plasma screen t.v. along with numerous text books scattered around. As Gwen scanned the apartment she could see water paintings of colorful scenes as well as a colorful photos of the girl she now was at various parties. Gwen was even surprised to see a small workout area complete with yoga mat.
"What happened to all my things," Gwen asked as she now walked through her apartment. "I updated everything," Joey said as he watched Gwen pick up her iPhone. "Now, it looks like the kind if room a college student might have."
"So I'm in college," she asked, turning on her cellphone. "Well at 18 I figured you would of graduated high school. If you want to go back to high school though I can rub of a few more years."
Gwen said nothing as she now scanned through her phone. "What's a Tik Tok," she asked. "And Instagram? Is that anything like a telegram?"
"Their apps," Joey chuckled. "Young people have them on their phones. You know, social media."
"Like the Facebook," Gwen asked, causing Joey to laugh once more. "My son helped me make a Facebook account. I just love seeing pictures of my grandkids." Looking over herself, she sighed. "Actually I'm not much older than they are now. How crazy is that."
"I can imagine it's a bit shocking," Joey said. "And to be honest most young people use Tik Tok and Instagram instead of Facebook now."
Gwen said nothing, seeing a bright pink bag in the kitchen. Opening the bag she now produced her license, taking a sharp breath as she saw what it said. "I'm 18," she whispered. "I cant believe this. I'm just a child again."
"Legally your an adult," Joey countered. Gwen furrowed her brow as she glared at Joey. "I dont look very adult," she grumbled. "I mean look at me! What am I going to do now?"
"Your choice really," Joey shrugged. "What do you want to do?" A small smile began to spread across Gwen's face. She knew exactly what she wanted to do.
