Bertha was trapped under a huge pile of sand, unable to move. Her head and large horny bare feet were poking out.
As she struggled and cried for help, some parrots flew up and landed on the sandpile that held her prisoner. They were dressed as pirates with headscarves, eyepatches and belts. Some even had hooks for legs.
"Heh, heh, so yer awake at last!" said a female parrot who seemed to be their leader "OK Lardbelly, where is the magic ring?"
"I'm not telling you anything!" replied Bertha, insulted.
"Well we pyrots will 'ave to teach you to talk!" said the Captain, and she and the other pyrots flew down to Bertha's feet.
