Dillon was about to plan his next change until he heard a knock on his door. "Hey Dillon, you there? I need to talk about next months rent." It was his landlord Phil. "Shit!" Dillon had to think and think fast before he came in. "Uh, it's natural for me to be naked, and Phil will think I was always like this." He whispered and the ring started to glow again. Dillon heard Phil fiddling with the keys, meaning he would be inside in seconds. "I hope that works." He said as the door opened to reveal Phil. "Why must you always keep me waiting?" Phil said in his annoyed tone. Dillon was relieved he got to change his mind in time, but was still shrugging off his comment.
"*Sigh* What about next month?" Dillon asked. "I'm just informing you that we're switching our electric provider to something more efficient. So you'll probably be without power for a few hours." Phil explained. "What does this have to do with rent?" Dillon asked again. "Well with more efficient power comes more of a cost. So rent will be raised $70." Great, was all Dillon could think. He was lucky that $70 wasn't such a hassle. Phil was sleazy, but he still cares for his patrons. That didn't mean he wasn't allowed to have fun with his new power though.
"I'll just be checking if the fuze box is still in good condition. Knowing your physique, you probably bent it a few times." Phil went over to Dillon's fuze box to check if everything was in tact. Than Dillon whispered to himself. "Phil will be frozen until I make a change for him." Dillon whispered. And like an instant, Phil froze after taking a few steps forward. "Look Phil, I respect you for keeping professional. But we've had our problems in the past. And I feel like you haven't respected my residence since I first got here. So I want mess with you a little." Dillon said looking at Phil's face. "Now than... What to do..."
