"I've sorta got a thing for girls shorter than me," I confessed to the red head. She didn't even flinch as she smiled right at me.
"Ah, I see. So, when you say shorter than you, I assume you're looking for someone a bit more... impish than the usual, correct?" Hot damn, this woman just read me like a book! She smiled as she began to look through a small clipboard on the counter, "Someone who's got curves in all the right places and isn't afraid to show it off?"
"Uh... yeah, actually! You hit the nail right on the head!"
"Well, you a bit out of luck at the moment," the red head smiled back at him in a teasing tone, "We do have someone that matches that description to a T, but she's been stacked up with clients for the past few days as imps have recently gotten a lot more popular as of late."
I felt myself deflate a bit at her words. What the hell was the point of leading me on if only to drop a bombshell like that on me after I was all excited? Letting out a small sigh, I relented, "Well, okay, I guess... But-"
"But I could give you a spare room~" the redhead said with a wink, leaning over the counter to give me a peek down her half buttoned blouse, "There might be a little bit of a wait, but won't cost you a dime... even if things end up a bit more heated than just a simple sensual massage!"
I shoulda been more sceptical of the offer, but I wasn't. Hell, I felt like this was my lucky day. A chance to meet a total dream girl and score with her if I play my cards right? I'd have to be stupid to say no. And clearly, my face said it all.
The redhead working the counter wrote something down as she handed me a key and said "Go on up to the second floor. Room numbers on the key, sweetly." I fumbled with it for a moment before she shooed me away with a smile, "Have fun~"
