Noah had slept so well, it may have been a combination of the bear outfit and his smaller body. He looked around and noticed that he was the only one left in the basement. Panic shot through him, where did everyone go, where was Ruben? He looked over to the wall clock and saw that it was early afternoon, Noah had slept through the whole morning!
He got up and waddled around still encased in the teddy bear, he noticed that everyone’s stuff was also gone. There was a note on the table, he leaned over to look at it since he couldn’t pick it up. It was in Trevor’s handwriting.

“Good Morning Teddy, I hope you had a great sleep. We left since you never woke up, Ruben wanted to try out your body some more and we went to the park. We will wait for you here as we are already packed up.” - Trevor

“Those assholes, how am I supposed to get to the park like this.”
Noah thought about what to do. He tried to reach for the zipper in the back but he couldn’t even get his arms back there with all the plush, let alone grabbing the zipper tab. He didn’t want to go upstairs and ask his dad, he would probably die of laughter and then not help him since he told him not to swap. He had to walk to the park and meet with the guys. He was worried since it was pretty chilly out, the bear would keep him warm, but they would need to do the swap at someone’s house.
He opened the sliding door of the basement and stepped out, he couldn’t even feel the cold air inside the bear. Noah tripped stepping down the stairs and realised then he didn’t even feel the fall. He picked himself up and started waddling toward the park. The park isn’t very far from Noah’s house only a few blocks, he was hoping there wouldn’t be too many people walking around.
On his way Noah walked by a family also headed there, there was a daughter who looked the same size as Ruben was, and her parents. The daughter saw Noah and screamed. “Oh my god you are the cutest thing ever!”. Everyone was now looking at Noah and he started blushing and turning red.
The girl ran over and gave Noah a huge hug. “Oh my gosh, you feel like a real teddy bear!”
“S-s-s-sorry, I am just heading to the park to meet my friends.” Noah said shyly.
“We will walk together!” The girl grabbed Noah’s teddy bear paw and was now being led by the little girl.
The parents looked down at him. “Well what are you all dressed up for, are your friends wearing their costumes too?”
Noah was getting really embarrassed and didn’t feel the need to share his story with anyone else. “No only me, I-I-I lost a bet and swapped bodies with a kid”.
The father laughed at that. “That’s great, sounds like you and your friends are having a good weekend”.
The little girl continued to lead Noah to the park.
