When Noah woke up he was no longer in Josh’s house, he quickly looked around and saw that he was outside being carried by Josh. “Hey man what the hell!”
“Oh sorry, I didn’t want to disturb you while you were sleeping”
“That’s how I got into this mess, if you had woken me up before leaving I would be fine.”
“Yeah sorry about that, it was actually Ruben’s idea to leave you, he said the outfit is really nice to sleep in and you are probably enjoying it”
Noah just got more embarrassed, the costume was really easy to sleep in, he dozed into a deep sleep at Josh’s just a few minutes ago, wait how long ago was that.
“Can you put me down” Josh put Noah on his feet. “What time is it?” Noah had noticed that the sun was starting to set, which is normal for this time of year but it must be almost dinner time now and Noah hadn’t eaten all day.
“Oh yeah, you were sleeping for a few more hours. That’s why I figured I would carry you home.” Josh now had a smirk on his face, he knew what he was doing by prolonging this whole adventure.
“Seriously, I just lost most my Saturday to sleeping and waddling around in this dumb costume!” Noah was getting angry now, all his plans had fully back fired in a much worse way then expected.
“Hey man it was your idea to do a body swap thing, this whole costume business is on you”
The two of them finally made it back to his house. “Okay Noah I have a plan but you need to trust me.”
Noah agreed and Josh picked him up, his face on Josh’s chest. Josh walked up to the house and knocked on the door. Noah’s dad answered the door. “Oh hello Josh, do you know where Noah is, I haven’t seen him since yesterday before the party. I read the note downstairs so I figured you went to the park.”
“Yeah we have been at the park all afternoon everyone is still there but I actually left something behind, can I grab it quickly?” Josh questioned.
“Sure sure, hey what's with the bear”
“Oh this, it’s a present for Noah, I was going to leave it for him”
“That’s nice he is a little old for stuffed bears but he will enjoy the surprise at least. You should go upstairs and leave it on his bed.”
“Thanks! I just need to grab something from downstairs.”
Josh rushes downstairs carrying Noah.
“Hey Noah, where is your phone?” Josh asked.
“On the table there.” Noah pointed with the arm of the bear.
Josh picked up the phone and saw he had missed calls from Carlos. “What is the password for this thing, he left a voicemail.”
Noah told Josh his password to unlock the phone and then put the voicemail on speaker.
