Going back a few minutes, right before the girls left for their dinner/party, Beldazarr was busy making some improvements to their home. While Beldazarr was a Djinn with a focus on the mind and body, it was only really a sales pitch for his area of expertise. This was a trade secret though. He could use magic for other purposes, it was just not something he could claim as being his best work when he did so, and he sometimes, though extremely rarely, he even would mess it up. That said, the major recent developments called for a little bit of redecorating.
In order to secure his supply of dragon hatchlings remain consistent, he felt he needed to:
-Make a suitable area to raise them and create them in, as well as feed them in. Basically a nest.
-Fire proof literally everything.
-Seal all rooms to stop them form being ruined by liquid spills.
-Make a proper receptacle for any and all waste.
-Properly light everything.
-Properly maintain and ensure a good stable room temperature.
-Set up a security system to prevent intruders and thieves of all kinds.
-Expand the living area of the home so multiple living beings could fit comfortably.
-Automate many of the daily up-keeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
-And lastly ensure a way for him to always be able to reach his Mistress at a moment's notice in case of dire emergencies.
It was a lot on his plate. But, he had the motivation to do it all. Ophelia had almost literally handed him a gold mine for basically free of charge. So if she benefited with an easier life from his improvements, then it would be considered an added bonus. The first thing he did was relocate every other resident in the building elsewhere. Afterwords, destroying the building completely, replacing it with a multi-story home, exclusively co-owned by Ophelia and Heather. Everything was set to be paid off entirely too, so no mortgage payments or anything were necessary.
Next he enclosed the building's spacious yard with a 7ft tall, solid concrete and steel wall with a decorative stone covering to make it look aesthetically pleasing. The top of the wall was adorned with decorative, but functional, cast iron spikes, making climbing over it impossible for normal humans. The front gate was DNA locked, so only Heather or Ophelia could freely enter and exit. All others had to either be let in, be accompanied by one of them, or have a special temporary registration to bypass the security. The wall also kept out other magical entities entirely. Lastly the entire property was enclosed under a magical dome, which prevented any elevated viewers from looking in.
The interior was extremely well decorated to fit a modern/contemporary theme. Below the house was a specially crafted basement which had been made to simulate a natural cave. Inside of it was a large nest, ready for Ophelia to use when necessary. The surounding landscape which was enclosed by the parimeter wall, was filled with growing plants and various water features. Numerous wildlife populated the area too.
The biggest bonus from it was that unlike how it looked from outside, the space was many times larger than what physically would be capable. So even if their home was in the middle of a college campus, the area inside the wall was easily over a square kilometre in size.
Taking a guess that they would not be needing the bathrooms to include a shower for cleaning, Beldazarr instead created a massive room with numerous small waterfalls emptying into it, and with a center fountain pouring warm water directly into the pool sized bath. At its deepest, any normal sized user could become easily submerged. He figured this room would not be used for cleaning themselves as often as it would be for relaxing and fucking each other's brains out. To handle that, he made sure the water was constantly filtered through a magic filter to remove any and all impurities.
Lastly, Beldazarr created the master bedroom, which was basically just a massive bed, with non absorbent bedding, which still felt comfortable to sleep in. Adjacent to the bedroom was the master walk-in closet. Gathering up all of the clothing he had given Ophelia and neatly placing them inside only filled a small corner of the room. He had listened in on her conversation with Lexi, hearing how she wished to exclusively make her clothing for her. He was glad she offered to do it, because he didn't really like making clothing. These designs were actually made to look how the magic he had cast had determined what Ophelia wanted to be dressed like at the time. They were not his ideas or anything. So more power to her He figured.
Happy with his work he returned back to the lamp, patiently awaiting his Mistress's next wish.
