Having nothing better to do while waiting for the teleporter to activate, Mary decided to fix her appearance a bit. You want to look your best when teleporting. One of the straps of her white top had slid down her shoulder. She liked that top, but that was annoying. She pulled up one of her white socks. And, oh f– the zipper of her hotpants was open! Good that nobody saw that.
She didn't notice the fly that was flying into the chamber. Neither did she notice it leaving the chamber right before the doors finally closed. Mary tensed when she heard everything around her activating. She figured that standing still might help. That's when a strange alarm started to go off. But before Mary could make something of it, the teleportation process reached its climax and the girl disappeared from the chamber in a flash of light.
What Mary didn't know was that her father was still in the testing phase of the machine. So far it had only been used with inanimate objects and small animals, and only one at a time. While it can be argued that humans are just bigger animals, there's another big difference: Humans wear clothing. And the teleporter still treated those as separate objects.
Outside of the chamber the computer started to process the teleportation:

* DNA Fusion Result: merged lifeform and an-organic material, resulting Mass=132,96381208 lbs
* All errors resolved... continuing teleportation...
* Recomposition initialized... success
And with that, the second chamber of the teleporter started to light up as a bright red light emitted from the chamber's top. Mary felt dizzy, now she knew how it felt to be taken apart and reassembled in less than a moment. Her eyes still closed she regained consciousness and managed to balance herself.
* Recomposition finalized
* Opening door
**** TELEPORTATION PROCESS COMPLETED WITH SUCCESS ****
Mary slowly stumbled out of the chamber. She still felt mostly the same as before, except that it seemed to have gotten colder, specifically her nipples, feet and nether regions. When holding her chest to warm herself she started to notice other oddities. Her fingers were touching something that felt not quite like the fabric of her top, something warmer and flesh-like. On the other side her hardened nipples could directly feel her hands as if nothing was inbetween.
Suspecting something wrong Mary quickly rushed over to her old full-body mirror propped up against a lab wall. On first look nothing seemed wrong. Except for that annoying shoulder strap again. But try as she might, as Gwen lifted her hand to her upper arm she just couldn't get a hold of it, as if it wasn't there. She moved closer to get a better look and with that she realized the issue and let out a big gasp. Her clothes had been fused to her body.
Thanks to her Dad, Mary stayed quite calm in this freakish situation and scientific curiosity started to rise in her. She moved her fingers over the transition of skin to clothe-skin. “The transition is seamless, not even a bump,” Mary thought out loud. Then she proceeded to move her hands over her whole body. “The clothes are perfectly molded to my figure. As if they had always been perfectly skin-tight. All blemishes that were covered by my clothes also seem to be gone,” she said, noting the lack of a mole that was on her left breast. Speaking of breasts, she pinched her nipples. “Sensitivity… hngh… same level as before… maybe a bit higher.” She was also glad she wasn't wearing a bra, as it might've been gone now.
Mary looked down at her feet. From mid-calf down everything was white. “My toes seem to have fused together. Likely due to being inside the socks. Makes me wonder what would’ve happened if I wore mittens.” She tried moving her toes and noted how she could still move them separately despite being stuck together.
That left the area that previously were her hotpants. Mary started with the backside and confirmed by touching that her butthole was still there. She noticed the pockets of her pants were still there, now part of her. She tentatively slid her hands into the part-flesh-part-pants pockets and grimaced slightly. “It feels… wrong… but also… kinda normal. Weird.”
Mary took another look at her mirror-image. The zipper of her hotpants had moved down a bit and there was nothing below it. She was fully aware of the implications, but to confirm the suspicions she had to open it. Slowly she moved her hand to the slightly misshapen slider and upon touching she felt a jolt of pleasure go through her body. The zipper slider was now her clitoris. Again she placed her fingers on her clit-slider and, deciding it might be better to just get it over with, quickly pulled it down. Her body was hit by a big wave of arousal causing Mary to arch her back and start shaking. While she managed to hold off an orgasm, it didn't stop a moan, alongside some drool, to leave her mouth. She continued standing a place a couple more seconds, panting.
Once Mary had regulated her breathing, she was finally able to get a good look on her vagina. The outside had the same jeans-like texture and blue color as the rest of her waist area. Her labia were perfectly transitioning into the metal teeth of her labia, making it look like a normal zipper when closed. On the inside her vagina felt more like her panties and it had the same white-and-blue-striped pattern. This time she tried closing the zipper slowly and found it much more manageable.
With her new body fully explored, Mary decided to check the computer that controlled the device. Looking at the log confirmed her deductions. “So it wasn't tested with humans yet,” she said after seeing through previous logs. Some more clicks revealed to her a “Reverse”-function, which was specifically meant to undo unintentional DNA-fusions by using saved data of her body to go through the teleportation process in reverse.
Mary was uncertain. Not only did the idea sound dubious, it probably hasn't been tested yet either. Should she risk trying the reverse teleportation?
