You were shocked, speechless and thrilled. You have lost your human body and even gender, what are you supposed to do now. Who will believe you were human, how will you communicate with anyone and how will you survive? You were thinking about the options you had, what could you do now as a mere wolf lost in the middle of forgotten woods. You tried to focus and don't think negatively but at the same time you should think rationally about what to do or something even worse could happen to you in that form. After a quick while you've found the simplest "solution" for your current situation, you will travel to your brother who lives in a nearby small town. Luckily you live in a farmhouse nearby yourself and you know the routes and roads to close cities and towns. Your brother lives circa 20 kilometers from where you are right now, it shouldn't be that bad to get there and then eventually try to talk to him somehow or get him to help you. You were thanking whatever force did this to you, as you still had your "human mindset" and all the memories of your life. You have read a few transformation stories and you knew these situations didn't always end well for people, they lost their minds and became complete animals, while you still had your chance to get humanity back. Moving your new limbs was a bit difficult at first but it was only getting better to move with them as you practiced walking on all fours near the cursed altar. Before moving out to find your brother you decided to wrap the damnable Magic Stone and used your wolfish maw and your tattered clothes to make a nice wrapping in which you will carry the stone in case you will need it to transform back. You snatched the dirty wrapping with your powerful maw and departed towards the park gates. As you were running through the forest path which wasn't too overgrown with grass and bushes you were thinking what will you do when you meet your brother like that. It didn't take you long to run out of the forest and onto an old slightly overgrown stone road surrounded by farm fields with wheat, corn and whatnot. You were almost halfway done and getting closer to your brother's town, but there was a small dilema you had to think about before continuing your journey. You were a wolf now, a fast one at that, you have a chance to take a shortcut throughout the full grown farm crop fields which have like 2 kilometers each, or you could get to your brother traveling throughout the old stone road which would take a bit longer. The problem with traveling throughout fields during summer is that you can easily catch some insects and parasites onto you, and you're a wolf now, you will not only have your blood sucked out of you by ticks, fleas and mosquitoes but you might catch an illness or a virus from them. Or you could take the supposedly safer road throughout the stone road which wasn't often used by people nowadays, since you were still in farm environment, but traveling through that road you could get caught off guard by a car or you could be seen by the farmers living close to the road. If they saw a wolf running near their houses they would shoot you or call the animal control or zoo staff. Your advantages were that you were much more agile and fast than most problems you could worry about now, and it was getting dark, unluckily you lost your watch, but you suspect it's way past nine o'clock. You got two choices, two ways you could get to your brother; by the fields or by the old farm road?
