Richard had been in peak physical shape before the blades took it all away from him. At 6'3" and 215 pounds, years in the gym had left his tanned arms, chest, torso, ass/groin, and quads in chiseled form. The only thing that wasn't perfect on Richard's hard body were his calves. He just couldn't seem to make any gains, hence the reason why he was at the swap meet. He looked on through the monitor, unable to scream let alone even turn his head, as his body parts dropped one by one into the "thrift" bins. All he had left were his thoughts as he screamed to himself "Like my fucking body belongs in the thrift store!"
"Sir" the robot chimed in. "We're terribly sorry for the mix up and we're doing everything we can to get your body back!"

Tim was well aware of his physical status. At 5'3" and 145lbs, he didn't have a shred of muscle on his under developed frame. "I might have an IQ of 140, but my only defining quality can't be traded here."
He looked over his options in disappointment, knowing that his best chance was at the Thrift Shop. The crowds of people were all busy checking out the other attractions as he made a bee line for the empty building.
Tim found a narrow hallway with an entrance for both male and female body parts. "I guess there will be time to check out the female parts later" he said out loud as he literally had the building to himself. He walked through the male door into an open room.
To his surprise, the white room was clean and organized despite the buildings connotations. A monitor dropped before him "Welcome to the Thrift Shop sir, this monitor will allow you to view each bin containing our discarded parts. Given that you've paid for a premium membership, there will be no limit to the number of parts you're allowed to swap."
The layout was clean enough. A couple of arrows to change between bins. Labels marking the major categories such as arms, legs, torso, and ass/groin. Even more nuanced options for parts like ears, fingers, and even balls.
Tim swiped to the torso option curious to find what type of discarded parts would end up in this building. The pile was definitely a hodgepodge, mostly old or fat or pasty versions of his own frame from people that tried to sneak their way into the swap meet.
Yet his mouth began to water, sitting on top of the pile of rejects was the most incredible torso he'd ever seen. Covered in a golden surfers tan, the chiseled 8 pack and massive chest must have belonged to a jock. "But why would somebody with abs like that risk sneaking into this place?" Time wondered.
He didn't have time to worry or speculate why as he quickly hit the swap button. The same red light that filled Richards vision just a few moments ago bathed Tim. Although unlike the fear that had filled Richard, Tim was filled with anticipation.
Two clamps dropped as well to suspend Tim's head as the blades worked their magic, cutting Tim at the shoulders, neck, and groin. Tim's head raised as the new, much larger torse, was placed under his neck.

Richard's eyes began to water. Still starring through the monitor, he watched this pasty nerd pick out his incredibly defined chest. He had had a shred of hope that everything would be returned to normal, but as quickly and efficiently as the machine placed his torso under the nerds head, he was losing hope.

As the blades pulled away, Tim looked down to find the hard golden torso attached to his neck. Worried that this still might be a dream, Tim raised his arm to feel his washboard abs. The contrast between his skin tone was even bigger than he'd first thought. Seeing as Tim rarely went into the sun light, his thin pale arm was just as different in skin tone as it was in muscle.
Now excited, Tim returned to the monitor to see what else was available.
