Elizabeth had enough of Herbert's shit. If he wanted to stay home and waste his life she'd make sure he's doing it on her terms.
"I shall turn him into a mutt that way I can get rid off him for good! He can do everything he wants and I won't need to have any expectations left of him. It is the ideal punishment for the parasite."
She grabbed the mouse and switched subject to her husband.

She changed him to a dog which made a separate window appear, lists of various breeds with different proportions fur textures, and such. Initially overwhelmed, Elizabeth started going through various options. She picked German Shepherd as the breed and set most other options to default as she was impatient and didn't feel like doing all this work. Duration was set to 2 weeks which was enough to see if she wants to keep him that way.
Encouraged by the lack of any side effects in her previous change she applied settings without even a glance at the familiar warning prompt, and quickly made her way to Herbert's room.
She got just in time to catch the best bits, his body sprouted fur as his face got longer and he fell on the ground. His clothes disappeared into thin air giving Elizabeth front row seat to enjoy the last traces of his humanity. A nice leathery sheath enveloped his member as it turned to a lipstick red color. His ears got longer and fur covered the last bits of his body as sharp canines grew in his mouth. His room changed to accommodate new reality, chew toys and various dog toys were scattered across the floor and doggy bed.
Herbert looked at Elizabeth and stood up on all fours. Panting and wagging his tail he jumped around her, happy to see his owner and apparently unbothered or unaware of what just happened to his body.
Elizabeth pet her dog with a smile, this new Herbert was much cuter and presentable.
