It was the girl from the toilet paper aisle. She played with a strand of her chestnut hair and slowly approached him. Those dark blue eyes pierced through his soul as he began to back away.
“I’m sorry about what happened back in the store... I didn’t mean to get all weird...” she started.
“Oh?” Colin asked as he headed towards the other side of the alleyway.
“I’m Ella... you know me.” She said with a lip lick, “Now I want to know you...”
Colin bolted out the alley and made a break for the Target across the street. Ella chased him like a wolf after deer, weaving mere inches away from head on collisions with other cars as her sister tried to catch up.
He jumped through the doors and bolted down the electronics aisle. Ella calmly strolled through, along the shelf he was hiding behind.
