You rub your arm and take another look at the greenhouse in the distance. Logically speaking, if there truly was somebody else here tending to this Garden, then they were either back inside the mansion or over there. You look behind yourself at the house, and shiver again. Something was very clearly wrong with this place, and you weren't so sure about approaching what otherwise appeared to be a completely abandoned estate. At least, it certainly looked the part, as the old withered brick that made up the mansion's outer walls signified to you that the house had not been properly maintained for some time... but then why did the garden have signs of use?
You shake these thoughts off. If there's somebody in the Greenhouse that can reasonably explain this, then that's that. If not, then you can just leave and go back the way you came. It's not like you wanted to invade on another's property, after all. Though, then again, that may have just been an excuse that you were telling yourself. Truth be told, the more you look at the greenhouse, the more you feel... something. There seems to be something in the air, the same thing that's causing the discomfort that's making you shiver so much right now, and it's coming from all around you. It was faint as you looked around the garden and mansion, like a subtle pulling sensation, telling you to move towards the area you were looking at. However, the more time you spent absentmindedly staring at the greenhouse, the more the sensation seemed to strengthen. At some point, the air seemed to change, and you somehow felt certain that this was the mysterious force's final decision on the direction you were meant to go. Uncertainly, you follow a small dirt path that led to the large glass building in the distance, hoping that you're not in the midst of making a big mistake.
The inside of the greenhouse is bigger than you were expecting. In fact, it's a lot bigger, to the point where you have to question your memory, because you could almost swear that it was much smaller on the outside... nevertheless, despite the overall strangeness you do have to admit that the scenery within was a sight to behold. Plants and crops of all sorts grew in large separated batches all around the space, with likely hundreds of filled flower pots decorating the scattered tables and food being grown along the walls in the very back. It's odd that you're so invested in the sight, you've never really been into gardening before, but this garden seems almost otherworldly in a way despite the crops seeming common enough. At least in the front, as you could almost swear that you see some odd plants further into the building that you aren't sure are native to this area...
You're so absorbed in the scenery that you don't even realize the door has quietly shut behind you, and the thought of finding the gardener is now the last thing on your mind. You didn't think it was necessary to bother with searching anymore, as something in the air seemed to suggest to you that you were the only person around for miles. Absent-mindedly, you begin to walk around the building, before something in particular catches your attention.
