Wandering around you notice other guys wearing all sorts of souvenirs and wonder where you might be able to get some. There were boys with horse ears, donkey ears; there were even a few that had some tails - cow, dog, horse, donkey, and even a few you couldn't tell what they were.
You decide to head into the bar, you would like to try one of the Pleasure Island Brews. You see even more people wearing interesting costume animal parts, one guy even had on a donkey hair sweater! (If only you knew it wasn't a sweater, you might have gotten out then and there!)
Sitting on a stool the bartender comes up to you and asks "What can I get you kid?"
You say, "I'd like to try one of the brews."
"Aren't you still a little your to drink?" he replies.
"I'm thirteen, I think I could handle a drink!"
"Well, I'm not supposed to serve you younger ones, but there is a way around that."
"And what might that be?" You say in a not too happy voice.
"Down the path a ways you will come upon a place called the Maturation Station, it will take care of all of your needs."
"Ok, thanks." You say as you hop of the stool and make your way out the door.
Ten minutes later you find the place. The sign says: Maturation Station - The place to get your Pleasure Island ID Card, which allows you to drive, drink or ride anything on the Island.
You enter the building, there appears to be a bunch of enclosed booths that are used to make your own ID! You enter one of the empty booths and close the door. There is a computer at one end of the booth, looking at the monitor you see a picture of the Pleasure Island ID with blanks ready to be filled in with your information and a large square for probably a picture. You start filling in the information, you don't seem to be able to fill in your height or weight for some reason. When you get to age you put in 13, but begin to think putting 21 just to make sure you will be able to drink, although the drinking age could be 15 for all you know!
Once you finish filling in all that you can the screen says, 'Please remove your clothing and press OK to begin the matching and picture process.' Matching Process? Remove my clothes! No way you think as you just push the OK button. A deep red light comes on in the middle of the room. All of a sudden you start to get really hot, in fact it felt like your clothes were burning your skin! You quickly proceed to remove your clothes hoping it will stop the burning. Taking everything off but your underwear the heat seems to have dissipated, but you now feel a weird tingling sensation all over your body. You can feel your bones speeding through years of growth. Looking down your body you watch as your legs and feet lengthen, wisps of hair around your ankles growing up your legs. Your underwear begins to tighten as your waist expands (along with a few other things growing in there). Your shoulders widen dramatically compared to your old 13-year-old frame. Your chest muscles expand raising you nipples up and outward; your stomach tightens into a slight six-pack covered with a line of hair. Your arms expand taking on new muscle. Next your face feels a little funny as it hardens and grows older, reaching your hand to it you can feel sideburns and a goatee forming.
Just as you think it is all over there is a bright flash. Looking back at the monitor you now see a face in the portrait portion of the ID; a familiar face with a goatee and sideburns, but it is definitely still you. Looking at the rest of the ID still on the monitor you now see that other stats have appeared. Height: 6'3". Weight: 180 lbs. Waist: 31. They all now appear to match the age you put it; you must be 21 now!
Then the screen blinks with a new command, 'Please place ALL clothes in the small opening to your left.' Complying you remove your tight underwear (WOW, you think to yourself, I wonder if there is anyplace to use that around here!) pick up the rest of your clothes and place it in the small bin.
The screen flashes again, 'Open the bin to your right to find a new set of clothing.' Opening up the bin you find exactly that. A pair of boxer-briefs, shorts, a undershirt, t-shirt, socks and a size 13 pair of shoes (isn't 13 unlucky?). Placing the new clothes on you look back toward the computer and see the screen is dark. Below it you now see a card sitting in a slot; picking it up you see it is your new Pleasure Island ID.
The door to the booth opens, time to get back to the fun!
