John had the day off so he had a perfect idea how to practice with his omnipotent power, and as such he went back to his room to get changed. Stripping off his clothes and putting on his plain blue swim trunks and he was ready for the beach... then he looked down to his body and decided he wasn't quite ready for the beach. Focusing he started to grow and his muscles all over his body bulged as he started growing close to 7 feet tall. The trunks grew with him and he was an Adonis of a body builder... and then after moving around a bit he felt off. Probably he wasn't used to being this big and now that he thought about it he'd probably draw too much attention like this. He imagined something different and his body shrank back to his normal height. If he were just wearing his clothes you may not have noticed he changed from his normal form, but in just his swim trunks you could tell a lot of his excess fat burned off and was replaced with a lean layer of muscle. "Attractive but not distracting" John thought to himself as he opened his bedroom door and took a step out on the warm sand on a beach somewhere.
There were a few people around, but with it being a school day there didn't seem to be any kids around and there was a lot of space. "Great," John thought "It's not overly crowded so I don't need to either move somewhere else or force people somewhere else... Well then time to get to practice these powers of mine."
