"...uh...I'm ...I'm thomebody... I can't fully remember... I have a name... thoundth like... Jay... Jo... JAMIE, I'M JAMIE... I'm... I don't know what'th better? Being a nerd, or being a clown? I don't want to be both, but I altho am getting uthed to them now... I don't like thith... I'm Jamie... aren't I?"
Her mind was struggling to be whoever was the most dominant in her mind. She couldn't focus, she couldn't see herself as herself anymore, only memories that she owned that weren't hers, or personality traits that she didn't have before. The mirror changed from it's red glow to a more purple. It looked like it was giving her a mental stalemate, or a mental home to explore these new emotions, personalities and memories. She looked to the mirror, and saw two others staring back at her.
"Can I at leatht get to know them more? I don't know who I am at the moment, tho could we thare who we, or I, am now?"
The mirror, being a mirror, didn't respond.
One side had to take charge for the day, reality and all. She had to choose, and it wasn't going to be easy. She went quiet, hoping to hear the voices of her new selves, hoping that they were kind enough to discuss ideas on who goes where. She rested on the floor, going limp, while the rest of the world went silent, like the mirror was holding time away from her just to give Jamie the space to choose who takes control for now.
Her words of confusion echoed in her mind, wondering how she could talk to them, and who would talk first...
"Hello? Is anyone one there? ...my lisp... My lisp is gone! So this is the real me... at least for now... I know that that bloody mirror will come back and haunt me if I return like this without a decision made. ...why does that sound normal to me now? Nevermind, time to find... me..."
