Now after Headmaster Hexe had cast the school curse she
had tasked Miss Wandler to keep an eye on any spells
the students were casting on themselves and others.
Though semipermanent physical alterations would make it
obvious there was hanky panky going on Hexe
wanted somebody who was a expert on the matter of transformations to track down the spellcasters and their pranked
victims and keep a eye that things didn't get totally
out of control.
So after Miss Wandler had cast the major dragon-morph spell
on Rhonda she had been alarmed to see that flash or two in the
latina's eyes,which were a dead giveaway someone else
had cast a separate minor dragon spell on the dragon-morph,to enhance the original spell or to add some new feature.
So whilst Rhonda and Abigail duked in out on the matts
in the gymnasium Miss Wander had gone to the
magic tech Magic Detector and Direction Finder
which was a sort of weather forecasting like station,but to
determine times,type of spells,target and source.
The centauress went through the paper drum recorders and
was somewhat shocked to learn that besides her own spell three
others had been cast on Rhonda around the same time.
Abigail had cast a dragonish spell at the same time Miss Wandler
had,obviously to mask the wicked witch's own spell.It seemed
Abigail had cast a spell to give her enemy a little more
muscle in her tail ."Hmmm" though Miss Wandler "Why would
Abigail give her enemy a edge over herself?"
Lichi had also cast a spell on Rhonda,one that had increased the
length of the latina's neck by a millimetre or three.Since Miss
Wandler knew that Lichi's adoptive dragon mother happened
to be a member of the Shakespearean Dragon Theatre Company
( Sigurd oh Sigurd,Lend me thy sword) the centauress guessed that
Lichi's actress mom was due to visit the schools theatre class
in due time and Lichi was probably tossing in minor incantations
on Rhonda in order to improve the latina's appearance when
the actress and Rhonda met each another.
Then there was the alarming spell that Sofia had made.According to the speelchart recorder Sofia had cast a "Increased Cosmetic
Growth Spell" which was a fancy way of saying Rhonda was
sporting sharper nails or sharper scales or some other such
pointier aspect to what Miss Wandler has cast.
Basically Sofia had cast a spell to make Rhonda more
hazardous to her own health.
Though Miss Wandler had only detected the dragon morphs
eyes flash once.she now knew they'd flashed more then that.
And so the centauress went to check on what
Lichi,Abigail and Sofia were gaming at.
