"You think we'll bunk together again this year?" Victoria asked
"Doubt it. They rarely ever take those applications seriously. I wager it was dumb luck last year"
"I bet you a favor we will"
"I'll take that bet. Ive got something in mind"
Victorias face went flush "you wont turn me into anything will you? You know i feel uncomfortable about turning into things. After tha-"
No nothing like that. Dont worry vic i won't put you into harms way. Infact, i bet i could even crack that 'curse'. As indifferent i feel about tooting my own horn, if anyone can reverse that spell its me. And i intend to"
"Come on Tarla, you think you can do better than what might be one of the most powerful witches in the country? I don't doubt you're good, i know you are, but i just dont think you can do this. I'm sorry, but i might be right on this."
Tarla thought about that, and she had a point. Vic may not be the best with magic, but she was smart, and was hardly ever wrong.
Victoria went in for an apology, but was interupted by a smirk
"You're right, i might not be able to. It would be hard, no doubt on that. But what if i did? What if i did the impossible, and made a counterspell for an unbreakable curse? Hell! I know how to lock a transformation! Would it be so hard?"
Victoria smiled "you always know how to get me on board. No matter how stupid your plan"
"Atta girl! Now about that room..."
