Leah wants to test how well she can pass as a young child, but she doesn’t want to wind up in diapers. She decides to sign up for Camp Bumblebee, for older toddlers and preschoolers. Thankfully, she doesn’t need to bring as many things as she would have for Camp Bunnywood. By helping out at Tina’s work, she’s able to pocket the various clothing and supplies listed.
The idea that she’ll avoid diapers is dashed when Leah reads the letter confirming her camp enrollment. She claimed to be four, which means that she’ll be required to wear diapers at night and training pants during the day. Leah visits Tina at work a few more times and collects the forms of protection needed.
When the day arrives, Leah convinces Tina to allow her to sign in on her own. Tina drops Leah off at the area all campers will be leaving from. Once Tina leaves, Leah ducks behind a bush and changes into her toddler outfit: training pants, overalls and a T-shirt, and slip on sandals. After wiping off her makeup and putting her hair into pigtails, Leah’s transformation is complete.
She emerges from behind the bush and walks up to an adult with a clipboard. The adult smiles at her.
“Hello, sweetie, what’s your name?”
“I Leah!”
“Leah…” The adult checks her clipboard. “Yep! Camp Bumblebee. Where’s your mommy to sign you in?” Leah shrugs. The adult sighs. “Great. Another kid dropped off unsupervised.” The adult signs Leah in, sticks a nametag to the front of her overalls, and sends her off to a group of preschoolers. Leah mills about with her campers. Her thrill over pulling it off so far is spoiled, however, when she spots someone she knows.
