“I have never been one to wait around, so lets just get this over and done with.” said Chris with a heavy sigh as the doctor nodded, it was clear that is what she wanted him to say. The sooner he went through his change into whatever type of Furry we would become the sooner he or worse case she would be out of her hair.
“Follow me.” Said the Doctor as she turned and headed toward a rather large elevator, it had to be two or three times the size of a normal elevator.
It was a short ride up, when they got up they entered a hallway which had to be 10 feet wide and 15 feet tall.
“Why is everything so big?” inquired Chris He soon found out why when a Monitor appeared around the corner, he had to be at least 12 ft tall and took up a good five feet of the hallway. He stopped for a moment and watched as the Minotaur kept walking by, beside his doctor’s white lab coat and loincloth he was nude.
“That is your answer.” Said the Doctor as she turned walked into a room. Like everything else it was larger but besides that it looked like a normal hospital room.
“You will need to strip and put on gown.” Explained the Doctor as she turned to a nurse who had come in after them. She was a tiger women and like the werewolf doctor she was nude aside from a lab coat and a belt which he assumed carried her wallet and the like. The two of them talked while Chris undressed and looked at his body as a human for the last time. He was taller than normal but he had a gut and a dad’s body. He slipped into a gown and went to sit on one of the hospital beds while the nurse now joined by another nurse, who was another women with bunny ears and tail, however she looked totally normal besides that. She even was dressed in modified professional clothing.
“Ah…question will I have to walk around nude or can I wear clothes?” inquired Chris as the two nurses prepared stuff around him.
“Depends, I can because I am basically the same minus the tail and ear, so I had to get used to modified clothing but that was easy enough.” Explained the bunny nurse “However from what I heard trying to wear cloths with fur or scales on is a nightmare when it comes too ichy.”
“It is.” complained the cat nurse “Even wearing this lab coat is hell.”
“I see.” Said Chris as he took a deep breath.
“It will be alright.” Reassured the bunny nurse “Any questions?”
“Is there anything about the change that I don’t know about? I read the articles and so on.” Asked Chris as the two nurses shared a look.
“Officially no, unofficially there is a change that may happen but because of political questions we don’t put it out there.” Said the Bunny Nurse
“What is it?” inquired Chris
“Your sexual orientation can change even if the gender doesn’t.” explained the Cat Nurse as Chris blinked. “A straight man may remain a man but now finds himself gay or a women finds out she is a lesbian. A gender change could doesn’t mean an orientation change either, you may be a straight man but if you become a women you still find yourself attracted to women therefor you are now a lesbian but if you becomes a women you may find yourself attracted to men and while from your birth gender you are now gay from the outside you are straight.”
“I…I see.” Said Chris as his stomach started doing flips, he was straight, but this just concerned him just as much if not more than the change itself.
“We don’t like to talk about it since it raises a hornet’s nest of issues. Because what if a man was secretly gay or a woman secretly a lesbian so we just don’t bring it up.” Stated the nurse as Chris eyes widened.
“Wait…can I become an insect furry?” inquired Chris
“No…” chuckled the bunny nurse “It is either a mammal, reptile or bird.”
“I would say about 50% become a mammal, with cats and wolves/dogs being the most common and reptiles taking up 40% and birds being the rarest type with only 1 in 10 becoming a bird.” Explained the Cat nurse.
“Are we ready?” inquired the wolf doctor as she walked in with a vile of liquid in her hands.
“We are.” Confirmed the cat nurse as Chris leaned back as the nurse put in an IV and waited. There was a mirror on the ceiling above him and he watched as the doctor put the liquid into the IV and waited by the nozzle which would send the transformation agent into his body.
“You ready Chris?” inquired the Doctor as Chris took a deep breath trying to calm his racing heart and lower his fear…he failed.
“Do it.” Said Chris as the doctor turned the nozzle and let the agent into his body. “Goodbye humanity.”
