Dr Jenkins kept out of sight as he slunk away from the main farm complex. He managed to clamber over a small wooden fence before disappearing off the beaten track, using the dense vegetation as cover.
After a short while spent moving cautiously between the trees and shrubs, Jenkins finally found himself overlooking a small dirt path that seemed to head back towards the main Zoo complex.
The doctor surveyed the area, and was surprised to see another figure standing nearby, a short distance off the path. Jenkins instantly ducked down as he kept his eyes on the figure. The person was a young man, perhaps in his early twenties, with his back currently turned. The guy looked to be going for a quick leak behind a tree.
Jenkins thought for a moment as he looked at the man. He then remembered that he needed a new outfit from somewhere in order to fool his pursuers. He casually sorted through the serums in his pocket until he found one that was perfect for the task at hand. Then, with the syringe ready, he started to creep closer…
“AHHHHHH….. much better.” The young college student groaned as he zipped his shorts back up. “Now where did Annie get to? She’s probably gotten lost by- WHAT THE FUCK!?”
The young student stumbled as he saw the terrifying form of Dr Jenkins, clothes torn and syringe raised, quickly running towards him. He tried to get back up but Jenkins was quick to seize his opportunity. Soon the student had a syringe buried in his neck as the serum was injected into his bloodstream.
“You motherfucker!” The young man cursed as he finally pushed his attacker off him. “What the hell did you just do?”
“I’m sorry but you have something I need.” The doctor smiled as he saw the serum beginning to take effect. “I’m afraid your life is about to take a rather different turn, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy it!”
“What are you talking about, freak?” The student started to feel sick as the serum got to work. He had a feeling almost like vertigo as he gradually started shrinking. “What do I have that you could possibly want?”
“Oh just your clothes dear boy. I’m afraid I’ll be needing them more than you, especially once you adopt your final form.”
“W-what? What the Ffffff-. What the CLUCK!? Huh… what the BAKAWK!?” The student covered his mouth, clearly stunned by the noises he had just made. He looked around in panic as his whole body began to seize up in pain. His clothes now felt massive given that he had already shrunk to about half of his original size. He also felt incredibly itchy as the nubs of what would soon be feathers started to erupt all over his body.
“Hmmm… I bet that feels uncomfortable” Jenkins teased as he watched the young man diminish even further, “why don’t I give you a hand with those pesky clothes?”
With that, Jenkins calmly removed the man’s shirt, cap, socks, shoes and shorts, leaving only his underwear lying discarded on the ground.
“Cluck you! I mean.... bwak! Fucking... cluck cluck!” The student shut his mouth after this humiliating attempt to sound tough. Instead he looked down at his now naked body, only to be horrified by what he saw…
Any trace of his toned human body was already gone. Instead, his body looked round and plump, with meaty thighs and a pointed nub that had poked out from the base of his spine. His arms and legs had also shifted dramatically. His feet were now clearly avian, with claws in place of toes and rough scaly skin covering their surface. Meanwhile, he had instinctively tucked his arms in close to his body as his new wings started to take shape.
While this was happening, Dr Jenkins was busy swapping his ruined clothes for those he had scavenged off his unfortunate victim. When he was done he looked a bit ridiculous, like an uncool father who was having a serious midlife crisis.
However, Jenkins was so focused on adjusting his disguise and ensuring that the young student’s transformation went off without a hitch, that he failed to hear the sound of faint footsteps behind him.
“Hello? Greg? Is that you?”
Jenkins was startled as he felt a tap on his shoulder. He turned reflexively, only to see a young woman standing behind him.
“There you are, I was starting to get wor- …” The young woman paused when she saw the doctor’s grizzled face beneath the visor of her boyfriend’s cap. She then looked behind the creepy man, before letting out a blood-curdling scream.
The young twenty-year-old was terrified to see the horrific bird-creature that stood before her. The avian monstrosity looked like a bald chicken, that was two or three times bigger than it should have been. However, by far the creature’s most disturbing attribute was its face: that of her boyfriend Greg.
“ANNIE! Run away CLUCK! Go... BWAKAWK!” Greg’s voice finally devolved into desperate clucks as he tried desperately to save the love of his life.
However, hearing her name made Annie freeze up in confusion. “Greg? Is that really you? What… what’s happening?”
“Oh,” Dr Jenkins interrupted, “I’m afraid you’re about to find out for yourself my dear…”
Annie cried out as the syringe entered her outstretched arm. She fell to the ground accompanied by a series of desperate clucks from her horrified boyfriend.
“Now then, I can’t have you two ruining my plans. Let’s find somewhere a bit more private, eh?” With that, Jenkins dragged the two young lovers further away from the dirt path as they tried to struggle and make as much noise as possible. Unfortunately their voices were entirely drowned out by the loud sounds of various animals and of people enjoying themselves not too far away.
Once they were safely out of sight and earshot, Jenkins released Greg and Annie; leaving them writhing around on the floor as they continued to transform into...
