When one normally thinks of a missing person it either involves that person as having been abducted by criminals for ransom, to be sold into either a third world country's sex or slave trade, murdered with their bodies well hidden or destroyed by their killers...
...or even at times the person merely fled for one reason or another. but one reason not usually considered by the usual reasonable minds is this unbirth method only found in the hidden pockets of magic users and mythology beings around the world.
what is this unbirth method though? it involves a process where the victim or volunteer, despite under normal circumstances being seen as to big being drawn into and sealed within the wombs of the females of these beings as a part of one of two processes of converting the person into the same being as the womb's bearer.
the first kind of process is in many ways post implantation a normal pregnancy though the first half of the child-bearing time instead consisting of the person in the womb being de-aged to just pre-birth state while there memories and prior character are erased or overridden. however during the first half the mother and her mate (this process is a huge blessing to same-sex couples) are to retain constant pleasuring or the process will start altering in the second process. also in many cases it's been recorded that alongside the new child gaining physical characteristics from the mother their gender also gets switched in the process.
the second process however only lasts a month and merely has the person undergoing the process retain their age while becoming the being who's womb they will be residing within. this process is more often done with volunteers but the bearer of course cannot enjoy sexual pleasure until after the process is finished.
of course only human can be converted into these beings so of course a centaur cannot turn a mermaid into their kind. nor can a human turn a nymph into a human through unbirthing. that said many of these beings that do so do it as a means of retaining their secrets though some communities have been known to use other means to draw victims to them...
