“So you’re making her be pregnant with twins!?” You ask, panicking. You have your hand on Skylar’s back. Her belly was getting twice as big,
“Well, I can make it triplets,”
“No!” You yell,
“Okay, yeah you’re right. Let’s make it quintuplets,” Mia says. She claps 3 more times. Each one causes Skylar to groan even more. You support Skylar’s growing belly. It’s getting too big for her to even support it. On one hand, the best thing she could do is fall over so her back is okay. But on the other hand, these are babies inside her. You had to support her, both physically and mentally. Her belly was getting huge, you could only imagine how heavy it was,
“Fix her. I swear to...” you are interrupted by Mia clapping her hands 4 more times. Skylar’s belly was growing so big it was going to touch the floor.
That’s when you began to notice something. Her belly was getting bigger, but she wasn’t stretching. She was aware of the changes but it was almost like her body wasn’t. That’s when you realise it, anything that changes, realistic or not, it can’t hurt anyone. It can’t kill anyone. No matter how big, wide, small, etc, you change. It can’t physically hurt you.
So no matter how many times Mia claps her hands, Skylar can’t be hurt, or die. Her body will always adapt to her new situation. That must be intended with how the rings magic works. That old woman really put her thought into the rings powers.
