He was surprised, though he really shouldn't have been when he heard the all-too familiar voice of his baby sister- no four year old should ever sound that smug.
"Aww, so eager to play?" He gasped as her pudgy fist wrapped around his chest- not too tight, though according to Anna even if she put her full toddler strength a one-handed grip wouldn't do any harm... Hopefully. "Or were you just thinking I'll make you normal again so easy?" She booped her "big" brother on the nose, though with the size disparity it was more like booping his face. Sputtering, he replied angrily.
"What do you want?" He left out the 'you stupid brat' part. School smarts weren't his expertise, but even he knew better than to antagonize his baby sister when she was a giantess compared to him. Come to think of it, this was the first time he had ever really looked at her at all. Saying he hated her was an understatement. Well, maybe not that far. He hated her, true, but he'd never physically hurt her. He didn't even let her stew in her diapers, as much as he hated them. Though that was mostly because after he did once, accidentally mind he was denied dinner for a week. After begging his own mother to not treat him like a squatter in her house she finally relented, he practically glued himself to her butt to make sure she never spent more than a minute in a mess, which didn't help the whole hating her thing.
Now he was forced to look at her though, face to face. She didn't look like his mom too much surprisingly- his mom had black hair, Cassie had blonde, cut at the shoulder. Her shirt was a girly purple with a daisy on the front and some text he couldn't read the full of. Upon seeing him stare the toddler made a goofy face, shaking her hair as she did so.
"I'm cute, right? All the grown-ups always say that." Walking over to a currently uninhabited area, she opened some drawers with her free hand, the other keeping a firm grip on her brother as she found what she sought. Putting the sequined tiara on her head, she held out her brother and pointed to the mark of nobility.
"This is our game. I'm the princess, Princess Cassie, and you're the pauper prince, Prince Teeny." She giggled, eliciting a glare from the teen.
"Don't call me teeny." He grumbled, though he began to sweat a bit as her face went from childish to cold in a near-instant.
"OK, I guess I can call you lunch, or poop. I could come up with a really fun game involving diapers- cuz I know how much you love those." She threatened, causing him to reconsider things.
"OK OK, I'm sorry. Please don't call me teeny, can't I just be Prince Alex?"
"Nuh-uh, not yet. Be a good dolly and I'll be nicer too- so for now, suck it up!" She quoted their mom whenever he complained about having to care for Cassie. It was a wonder he didn't scream, he hated those words almost as much as he hated the diapered titan that held him so effortlessly. After a long, seething pause he managed to answer.
"...Fine. How do we play?" She smiled and set him down on the shelf, looking through another, smaller set of drawers until she pulled out a regal men's outfit.
"You're lucky, we haven't had any boys so this has never been used!" She set it down expectantly at his feet, his mismatched outfit clashing harshly with it. "Change."
He thought about resisting, but that didn't get him anywhere helpful the last time. "...Could you turn around?"
She smiled a little too wide. "No. You've seen me naked lots. Hurry up!" She poked him in the chest impatiently, causing the teen to tumble onto his rear, which did elicit a giggle from the billboard-sized face staring at him. Cheeks flushing, he tried to hide his privates as best he could by using the hem of his shirt to hide them when he took off his pants, and then swapped his shirt. In that time Cassie had lowered herself to try to peek at her older brother, but stood back up when he had swapped out his pants surprisingly quickly.
"What now?" The pompously dressed teen asked.
"What now, Princess Cassie." She corrected him. "First, you have to always call me Princess Cassie. Second, you have to do anything I say. If you don't the game's over, and I'll never make you normal again." She threatened. But then added to her statement. "I wont make you do anything too icky though, so long as you play along."
He had avoided asking out of fear of her answer, but decided now was as good a time as any. "...Do you really promise to return me to normal if I play along?" She....
