"Oh dear." Morgana, the pale witch of the city, was reading her mail one day when a letter graced her emerald eyes. A letter from none other than the Magical Institute of Business & Economic Among Nonmagus (MIBEAN for short). "Dear Morgana le Delacroix, blah blah...A backlog of payments due to the misfortunes that fell onto those Nonmagus you've changed?! How in the seven wilds am I going to pay all of this off before next month?!"
Just then, the door to the shop opened up as the witch turned around. Lara, her peppy and gothic apprentice, and niece, walked in carrying her usual lot. A caffe mocha as the Nonmagus called here. "Good afternoon, Aunt Morgana." she said in that soft voice that could quell any of Morgana's worries. Curse that witch in training of hers. "What do you have there?" She took a seat on the counter while her (shorter than was probably allowed at school) skirt was smoothed out with her free hand.
"Oh, just threats to evict me, throw me in the magus prison for the next decade, a usual Tuesday so it would seem." Morgana swing her head around to feign a smile at her daugh- er, niece, and carefully placed some pale fingers across her black head of hair. "That's pretty serious. Any clue where you'll get all of that money?" Lara said while sucking down her drink. "Not a clue. If only there was something we could sell that people would buy. Something so necessary for everyday life that idiots would spend, but not expensive enough for it to be unsellable..." She paced around the storefront for a little while before the sound of an empty beverage filled the air. Morgana spun around and glared at Lara, her eyes going to the beverage in her hands. She opened her mouth to yell before an idea dawned on her. "Lara! Oh, I could just suffocate you until you're as blue as the sky! Come along, we've got some work to do..."
Along the streets, a new stall was in town. The scent of coffee beans dominated the airways of everyone nearby as two women, one clearly an adult and the other just on the cusp of womanhood, would be selling coffee out of a food cart type set up. The menu was massive, taking up several chalkboards above while the pink and brown uniformed women would be waving for customers. "Are you sure this is going to work, Aunt Morgana? This uniform's so uncomfortable." She pulled on the shirt on her, a bit small for her size. Morgana rolled her eyes. "So will sleeping in the gutter if you don't help me sell enough of these."
"Hey you! The person! With the face! Yeah you! Ever wanna taste heaven in a cup for an affordable price? Well come to Witchbux, where change is just one cup of coffee away!" Lara yelled out through a megaphone every now and again to the crowd. Though business was fairly good, you found yourself drawn to the cart. Scanning across the menu for anything good, Morgana and her apprentice would be waiting for you to order.
