"Well if it's going to be like this. then yeah I'm rubbing it" Shelly announced . "did the shop give you a receipt, you know for a refund?" June then asked. "...nope, not that I'd need it as it can still have practical non-magical uses" Shelly answered as she got rubbing.
"yep... a complete-" June then started after turning away slightly in shame for her friend. "JUNE, LOOK" Vivian shouted to course both to look back at Shelly and the lamp. the lamp bow spewing a wired purple smoke that opposite to sweeping the hotel room instead was swirling around Shelly.
"...wow... talk about exhilarating" Shelly remarked in wonder as the swirling smoke started to completely elope her. but while June and Vivian just saw her disappear into the smoke Shelly felt relaxed yet odd as her body felt like was losing form before she lost consciousness. right after June and Vivian just watched in shock as the purple smoke started getting pulled back into the lamp with June thinking Shelly was still in her seat only to get shocked to see an empty chair where Shelly had been sitting just before.
While June and Vivian just starred at the lamp, inside Shelly had reformed but was now dressed in baggy purple Egyptian styled trousers with a gold waist belt, a purple midriff exposing top that still covered her chest well, white ankle strap sandles, a pink crop vestments, a light purple arm scarf and golden bracelets and circuit with jems encrusted on the bracelets. also her mind had been filled with all the required knowledge of the genie abilities needed to grant wishes...
...as well as something she had been hoping for if this genie thing was correct and that was that after granting three wishes and returned to normal she could regain the powers by rubbing the lamp again but their was a catch; the more a single person became the lamp's genie without someone else having a turn in-between the more fused to the powers they became until finally the lamp was no longer the friend genie lamp but a standard genie lamp with in this case her as the genie...
...also another reason why the shore clerk insisted on her having friends about as while a temporary Shelly was still ruled by the human needs or nourishment and rest. if not turned back after an extended period the backlash of not getting these would eventually lead to her dying and destroying the lamp.
"WHAT DO WE DO? WHAT DO WE DO?" Vivian pleaded while gripping June by the collar. "well... June started while getting free "the logical mind in me says we just try and locate Shelly somewhere within the suite or outside". "She vanished into a lamp June" Vivian protested. "in which case we need to do as Shelly said and one of us rub it and get three wishes out of her... within reason really for who knows how corrupting these genie powers are to a master" June continued. "and what if the clerk lied to Shelly about the reverting?" Vivian inquired. "then we head down and make him tell us how to undo it... after mayve the other one of us tries wishing her human and it failing" June answered while trying to keep a straight head:
