With the Pandemic seemingly slowing down, there were some places that were easing restrictions or lifting them completely. But there were new spikes in other places, so things weren't being completely halted. But there were a few things that were causing a bit of confusion and more than a few raised eyebrows.

Brawn was a little confused when a PR-MD agent stopped by his house. But fortunately Daisy and Dan were at the park today so they wouldn't be confused even more than he was now.
"So how is Daisy?" asked the Agent.
"She's fine actually." answered Brawn, "She's a little less stupid than before, but she's still, mentally, a 7 year old."
"That's good," said the Agent, "Because we've got a new member who's also planning to be a Spanish fighting bull."
"Really," said Brawn, both surprised and confused. "Who is it?"
"Since I don't know his real name, and a lot of his information is withheld by the FBI, I'm going by his pseudonym, Edgar Teglee." said the Agent.
"And who is he?" asked Brawn again. "Why does he have a pseudonym?"
"He's actually a really good velvet artist." said the Agent, "It's the kind of art you'd hang in your house, but not the kind you'd see in a museum."
"But why is his information withheld by the FBI?" asked Brawn.
"Because he actually survived an assassination attempt on him by a Mexican Drug Cartel, but that's not the only reason." said the agent.
"Really?" asked Brawn, still not getting it.
"Back in the 1980s, when Pablo Escobar controlled over 80% of the global cocaine market, he was one of those few who refused to bow to him."
"How did he do that?" asked Brawn, remembering some of it, but not enough since he was in elementary school at the time.
"He was actually a successful luchador whose stage name was 'El Odio', and who won more matches than he lost. When Escobar's men came to him to insist that he cheat or throw matches he not only refused, he severely beat up every leg-breaker and assassin Escobar sent after him."
"Okay, then." said Brawn, understanding a little more.

Roger and Dan weren't really expecting company, but they certainly weren't expecting Miss Fabina to pay them a visit. But what was really unexpected was the reason why she was at their apartment.
"I saw that you have a real Arabian mare here, from Miles' interview." she said, looking over Leila.
"Yeah, but she's uplifted, and still learning more about human niceties." said Dan.
"That's okay," said Miss Fabina. "She can continue her lessons, but since some of the shows at the Meat Market are starting to lose some of their luster, so I'm looking for some new material."
"So..." said Miles, still confused.
"You probably know that we have a Syrian refugee who is also an Arabian Mare Animalian, but since she's Muslim, she's refusing point blank to work at the Meat Market." said Miss Fabina, still looking Leila over.
"Wha...?" said Roger, not really expecting that.
"Don't worry," reassured Miss Fabina, "It'll be her choice, but she did remind me of someone I know who is a professional belly dancer and would make a fine member. I'm still getting the details worked out and the paperwork filled out, but she does want to become an Animalian."

Meanwhile, Sophie and Roland were doing a flyover to gain familiarity of Dino City when they find a new construction site. When they investigated, it turned out that someone had, jokingly, set up an online fundraiser for a casino and strip club in Dino city with the maximum bid at $1 million. He wasn't expecting it to gain traction, let alone funding, but to his surprise, he had raised $20 million toward the goal. Surprised in so many ways, he went to William Tarr with the money to explain the circumstances. William was also surprised that the online fundraiser had worked so well, so he decided to allow it and see how it plays out.
Sophie and Roland were also surprised at how well the online fundraiser worked, so they decided to get coverage of the official opening to see how it played out.
