Sarah was enjoying the morning sun shining through the treetops as she did her morning jogging in the forest next to her little village. It was very important for her to keep her in a good shape and it was normal to stand up at 5 am to go for her daily run with her dog Lucy before work. The sun warmed her face when her watch signalled her that she just had finished her 6th mile.
Only two more, she thought satisfied as she begun to think about her life. Sarah was an average girl in her early twenties, a little short at about 5'2", thin but with strong legs from her daily running. She was always positively inclined and tried to see the good things in her life and other people. Sometimes she was a little bit merciless with herself, especially when it was about skipping her jogging, even if she had not sleep much or was ill... She had a very strong will. Often her boyfriend Mike tried to convince her to take it easier. Mike and Sarah were in love for over a year now and knew each other from church. Mike loved her more than everything else on earth, especially her good heart and of course her fit body. As she continued to think about her life during her jog, Sarah began to smile. I've a good life, thank you God, she prayed in thought.
