Neither your father or your step-mother are home to object to you going to the mall, and your stepsister Tiffany is too busy yakking on her phone to notice you take the car. You decide to drive out to a nearby mall and test it there.
Once there, you find a secluded corner where you can observe but not be noticed. The only store that was where you are closed, so nobody should come down this corridor unless they're entering the mall. From your secluded corner, you can see the largest open area of the mall, along with several stands where people can buy things.
You can play it safe and try to transform from here, or you could wander the mall and be daring. It's probably best to test the wand first...
