“Hey Mark, how about we get these little pumpkins some clothes on and let them have fun in the playpen?” Heather asked.
“That sounds great dear!” he replied.
They took the girls into the nursery to get clothed up. Once they reached the nursery, they went into the dresser to find two pink onesies to place over their little infant bodies. Mark and Heather strapped the onesies over their babies, then they each took a pacifier out of the acrylic jars and placed one in both of their mouths. Both girls, of course, started sucking on them immediately.
Both Mark and Heather then proceeded to pick up their baby girls and take them to the playpen. Sarah and Paige were excited to have some time to use their infant bodies to crawl around. It was gonna be fun to experiment with being an infant again. When they were placed in their playpen, they looked up at mommy and daddy with adoring eyes wide open.
“Alright you two, you be good baby girls and play nice.” Mark said in a soft tone, “Daddy and mommy are gonna watch some tv right over here on the couch, you two know how to get our attention if you need us.”
Sarah and Paige giggled around their pink pacifiers and started crawling around in the playpen. Both Sarah and Paige found it fun, but difficult to get around by crawling. The diaper against their onesies made it all the more difficult as well. They could feel the onesies push the diapers closer to their butts, giving everyone a good visual of diaper bulges in their onesies. They crawled around and played with their baby toys, all while keeping their pacifiers firmly in their mouths.
They loved the idea of sucking a pacifier to keep them calm while they adjusted to living as an infant again. What also had them interested was that the pacifiers (along with everything else in the house) adjusted to their size when they regressed back into infancy. The nipples were shorter to fit their smaller mouths, and the shields extended to where the top of the shield was slightly pressing against the bottom of their noses. They felt the shields fit nice and snug around their infant mouths, they didn’t feel the need to let them fall out of their mouths either since neither one of them could talk anyways. Plus, they could always play with the ring that was attached to them as well, even though they already had a holder strap attached to both of their pacifier rings; they had to be careful about playing with it, so they chose not to and continued just leaving their pacifiers for their purpose of sucking to provide comfort.
Mark and Heather meanwhile we’re watching the news on TV while glancing over at the girls to make sure they were ok. Each of them smiled at how cute Sarah and Paige were as infants. They couldn’t wait to take them for car rides and place them in strollers while running errands. They each had an arm around each other and finally engaged in conversation.
“Ain’t it great to be parents? Finally?” Mark asked Heather.
“Yeah it is, I really love you.” Heather replied.
“I love you too beautiful,” he replied back. They each shared a kiss and went back to simultaneously watching the news and the girls in their playpen.
