Harry, being the curious 12 year old boy he was, foind a way into his father's lab. The lab had all kinds of chemicals and potions. At least, to Harry they were potions. There was a section of different-colored chemicals in vials. "DNA splicers," the label on the shelf read.
"DNA splicers"? Thought Harry. "We were just learning about DNA in science."
The sixth grader started picking each one up, one at a time. A small label on the bottom labeled with the species of different animals, and one plant. The plant was an oak tree.
There weren't too many of these vials, but more could be made. The vials were different colors, simply because his father decided to use non-toxic food coloring for quick identification.
Harry could either move on through the rest of the lab, or try out one of the vials.
